This unique villa benefits from the interior designed over different levels and open spaces that enable the sweeping views over the ocean, the bay, the mountains and the surrounding area to be seen from almost every corner of the villa. The very special view from the lower deck is of the Table Mountain across the Bay.

While the seals can be seen throughout the year, between August and October you can watch the magnificent whales in the bay below.

The villa is only 5minutes walk to the beach. You can stroll down the steps for an early morning coffee or an evening meal in one of the numerous beachfront restaurants, for a walk on the soft sand or just to admire the beautiful sunsets.

Extensive decking in front of the villa expands the living area to the outside for the truly “inside out” lifestyle
and entertainment.

The large shaded deck area beside the pool is where most of the daytime relaxing and eating takes place. This space, more than any other is the heart of the villa and the holiday.

The sparkling pool offers the perfect opportunity for the 'morning dip', 'quick cool off', 'afternoon post siesta wake up' and 'evening relax' with a glass of champagne overlooking the ever-changing views.

The elegant contemporary lounge is encircled by the large windows and has 180 degrees views over the bay and towards the mountains. It is furnished in contemporary but comfortable style with a cosy sitting area in colonial style in front of the fireplace.

There is a separate library room where you could enjoy your favourite book, watch a movie or just admire the view.

As it is raised few steps, the kitchen has a view through the living area to the front deck and the pool. The kitchen should keep any gourmet chef happy with its ceramic stove, free standing butcher’s block, stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, grill oven, and a built-in steamer for those interested in healthier cooking. There is a separate scullery with washing facilities.

With its stylish décor, large king size bed and romantic open-plan en-suite bathroom it has the most fabulous views overlooking the pool and the ocean. The views that you can admire from your bed and even from your bathroom …

On the same level contains a king size bed that can form two single extra length beds. The bathroom next to it has both a bath tub and a shower and is floodlit by the morning sun streaming through the windows from the rear courtyard

The third bedroom and its en-suite bathroom is located on the floor below and has views of the miniature landscaped garden and the private courtyard. It is furnished with a king size bed and has a walk-in wardrobe.

In case of a larger number of guests additional queen size bed can be arranged on request

The villa is surrounded by lush vegetation that creates the perfect tropical surroundings with striking palms and
banana trees.

The Gordon’s Bay location is one of the most desirable locations in the area.
